The Total Defense Ammunition and Mine Clearance Center (Swedec) is part of the Swedish Armed Forces and is a national competence center for ammunition and mine clearance operations on land as well as military search services. Our operations are central to Sweden's defense, and we strive to meet every threat and overcome every challenge. Through training, development, and operational efforts, we create the conditions for a stronger defense and a safer society.
Main Responsibilities
As an HR Administrator at Swedec, you will be placed in the HR department within the staff unit. The work group currently consists of an HR manager and two HR generalists.
The role of HR Administrator involves working broadly with personnel administrative matters, primarily at the operational level. You will function as administrative support to the HR manager and assist managers in personnel-related matters. A major part of your tasks involves relieving and facilitating the handling of HR-related issues. You will also support the rest of the staff with various emerging matters.
As the HR Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- following up on personnel administration concerning soldiers
- administering personnel records
- administering personnel lists from our HR system
- taking minutes and preparing documentation regarding personnel supply
- registering employment decisions, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education with a focus on HR/personnel administration or experience deemed equivalent by the employer
- Good ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in Swedish
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

You need to have good personal maturity and feel secure in yourself, even in new situations.
